In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "p3339" refers to the online gaming platform operated at p3339.net, including all associated services, game content, betting markets, and account infrastructure.

• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User via supported payment channels that have not been subject to any promotional conditions.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to and use of the p3339 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

By accessing the p3339 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you enter into a binding legal agreement with p3339 and confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;

• You have read and accept the p3339 Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

To register and maintain an account with p3339, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

p3339 may, at its sole discretion, refuse registration or suspend an existing account where it determines that the User does not, or no longer, satisfies the eligibility criteria above.

Each individual is permitted to register one account only on the p3339 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts, whether by the same individual or on behalf of a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid Pakistani mobile number, which will serve as your primary login identifier;
• A unique and secure password;
• Your date of birth.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. p3339 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify p3339 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

p3339 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. p3339 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of p3339.

Deposits:

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your p3339 account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically process within standard banking hours and may take up to one business day to reflect.

• p3339 only accepts deposits made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed account KYC verification in full.
• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed the same day for verified accounts during business hours.
• p3339 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds. This may require additional documentation, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This anti-money laundering control is a condition of p3339's licensing obligations.
• p3339 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal pending investigation if fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct is suspected.

p3339 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms of each individual offer, which are published on the p3339 promotions page at the time the offer is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all p3339 promotions unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Funds for all wagering purposes unless p3339 expressly states otherwise for a specific promotion.

• Each promotion is available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Users found exploiting this rule through multiple accounts or shared household accounts will have all associated accounts suspended.

All bets placed on the p3339 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable betting rules.

• Sports Betting: p3339 sports betting rules, including cricket, PSL, and international match rules, are published on the relevant sports section of the platform. p3339 reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error has occurred or where an event outcome is affected by irregularities outside normal sporting conduct.
• Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live in-play markets are final once accepted by the p3339 platform. Late bets placed after an in-play event has been completed will be voided.
• Casino Games: All casino games at p3339 use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics supplied by licensed game providers. The result of any completed game round is final.

All content on the p3339 Platform — including but not limited to the p3339 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, betting interface, software, text, images, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of p3339 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p3339 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any p3339 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any p3339 software or content;
• Use p3339 branding, trademarks, or logos for any commercial purpose;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p3339 shall not be liable to you for any:

p3339's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in your p3339 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Closure by User: You may request the closure of your p3339 account at any time by contacting p3339 customer support via live chat. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds.

Closure or Suspension by p3339: p3339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• p3339 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• p3339 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any Bonus Funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real Money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned where legally permissible.

p3339 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the p3339 Platform at p3339.net/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the p3339 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using p3339 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming licensing standards and applicable international law.
